When ordering a piece with your chosen message, please pay attention to how you communicate your wish to us. Correct or intended spelling is important! Please fill in your message in the field marked as ”insert your message here”
Also pay attention to CAPITAL letters and possible punctuation. We will print your text exactly as it is given to us.
“today is a good day” will be written in lowercase
“Today is a good day” will be written in lowercase, with the first letter capitalized
”TODAY IS A GOOD DAY” will be in all caps
Please also note where you want the text to go. If not otherwise stated, the text will be printed in the middle of the piece, either horizontally or vertically as fitting.
Personal message pieces are non-returnable, notwithstanding a fault by the manufacturer. For example a piece ordered in all uppercase but intended as lowercase, or a mistake in sizing are not manufacturing faults.
When ordering multiple text pieces at once, please specify which size you want with which message. Be sure to be specific and thorought with your information.
Choosing a bracelet
We recommend measuring your wrist with the help of a piece of string, or trying on one of our ready made bracelets. Please remember that stretching a piece that is too small will not work, but a size a bit too large can be bent to fit a slightly smaller wrist. We recommend choosing a size as closely fitting as possible so that the shape will not suffer from bending it too much.
Size S fits a wrist measuring 125-155 mm
Size M fits a wrist measuring 155-180 mm
Size L fits a wrist measuring 180-210 mm

The store sells for private individuals over the age of 18. All prices stated include VAT. We reserve the right to change pricing on items of delivery.
Web store products are ordered by clicking the item into the shopping cart, and paying for the entire order online. All customer information is confidential and will be stored securely. Means and costs of delivery
Delivery charge covers all packaging and shipping costs. The cost estimate on your order is calculated by the default delivery method, and exact cost will be shown after choosing your preferred payment and delivery method. The available methods vary according to the size and weight of your order. On checkout you can choose the method you prefer, and see the exact cost.
Delivery times within the country vary according to the size of the order and the chosen delivery method. You will have been notified of a delay if your order contains out of stock items. We will also notify you of any foreseeable delays right after your order is confirmed. Your items will usually be shipped within 1-5 business days.
We are not responsible for shipping delays for reasons that are out of our control. Possible changes in delivery times will be noted on our website.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel a sale within 14 days for any reason. This right ends at 14 days from receipt of your items in full, or in case of a downloadable purchase 14 days from receipt of order.
In order to cancel, you must inform us of the cancellation by letter or email. You can also use a printable cancellation form (not required).
You must send the information within the mentioned 14 days of order receipt, or in case of physical items, within 14 days from date of delivery.
Effects of cancellation
On cancellation of the agreement we will refund all payments on the order, including shipping costs (calculated by the cheapest shipping option) without delay, within 14 days from receipt of cancellation at the latest. Refund will be directed to the payment method used when ordering unless otherwise specified, avoiding any extra charges to you.
You must return your items without delay, within 14 days of cancellation at the latest. The deadline is met if you send proof of shipping within the 14 days.
You will only be responsible for such damage to the products that is the result of other handling than to inspect the nature, characteristics and functionality of said products.
Not claiming shipment does not equate to return or cancellation. We will charge shipping costs on any shipment that goes unclaimed.
In case of problems
In case of a missing of damaged item, or other instances where the received item does not match your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, in writing at the address mentioned under Cancellation and return terms or by phone at the given number. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, please send your complaint straightaway to the appropriate shipping company.
We will do our best to keep our website up and running, but we cannot guarantee it. Nor can we guarantee any perfect delivery executed by a third party, ie. logistic operator.The colors you see at the website may differ from the colors of the actual products, due to the color settings on your computer. Littlebit Design cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancies. We aim to provide the most accurate presentation of the products possible.
